Swiss-Lathe Machinist - Canandaigua, NY
Successful candidate will program, setup and operate CNC lathes and turning centers.

Minimum skill set requirements as follows:
5 years minimum experience programming, setup and running Swiss-type lathes (Citizen, Star, etc.)
Experience working within stringent dimensional tolerances (.0001-.001)
Candidate is ambitious and has industrious, positive attitude
Demonstrates excellent work ethic striving for continuous improvement focused on part quality and process efficiency
Have high-quality standards
Maintain clean and efficient work area
A team player able to work with others or independently as needed
Ability to read part drawings
Familiarity with geometric dimensioning & tolerances
Personally own gauging/hand tools
Mechanical ability a plus
