Customer Service/National Accounts Administrator

Summary:
This position will assist Products Customer Service/National Accounts Team in assuring Administrative tasks get complete in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND Qualifications:
-Strong attentiveness to detail and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
-Self motivated, proactive, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision but with clear guidance and instruction.
-Must have excellent communication both verbal and written.
-Computer skills a must.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize problems: strong team behaviors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
-Pre processing deductions
-Review list of new deductions (claims) daily.
-Getting the backup of clients web sites.
-Updating deduction management system.
-Assist other customer service representatives in various duties as invoice printing, uploading documents and other miscellaneous tasks.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
