Full Time Maintenance Technician - NY233
We are growing and need an experienced Maintenance Technician (FT) for our apartment complex in Canandaigua, NY!
The right candidate has experience in general maintenance and repair, including painting, grounds, plumbing, electrical and cleaning. Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience or equivalent schooling or job training program preferred.
On call hours and snow removal are mandatory.
We are seeking a self-starter who works well independently, and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of the residents. Experience with Property maintenance a plus.
