Repair/Maintenance Technician/Clean Room

A Technician for Repair and Maintenance of Precision Manufacturing Equipment job is available in Canandaigua, NY courtesy of Adecco Engineering & Technical.
You will be responsible for repairing semi-automatic and automatic equipment in a Clean Room environment.
Contract for one year.
Technician for Repair and Maintenance of Precision Manufacturing ResponsibilitiesTesting, calibration, and repairs of pneumatics, working knowledge of PH, flow, temperature, pressure, conductivity and mass measurements.
AC/DC Control methods, 23V-480V electrical systems, troubleshooting VFC's, burner controls, , smart meters, PLC/DCS control methods, automated systems, load cells, control valves, blueprint/schematic reading, mathematics and Preventive/predictive MaintenanceProficient in SAP Plant Maintenance Module, set-up and loading spare partsDemonstrated trouble shooting Computer, Math, communication skillsAble to lift 50 lbsAble to program equipmentProper safety proceduresPerform complex and difficult repairs on equipmentLoading and diagnosis of equipment failures and ensure timely corrective actionPerform precision alignment and rebuild various pieces of machineryPerform preventative maintenanceAssist in the start-up, de-bug and develop recommendations Fabricate parts, equipment and structures from engineering prints, drawings and verbal instructionsCreate drawings for machine revisionsTrain operatorsBack up assembly processWrite proceduresSet-up and maintain spare parts and machine operationIf you are interested in the Technician Repair and Maintenance of Precision Manufacturing, click APPLY NOW.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
