93 Position Overview The Arc Ontario is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Coordinator for our Habilitation Services program to perform a variety of administrative and financial duties in a confidential manner.
Promotes positive and professional communications and effective working relationships among program and agency staff, other service providers, families and general public.
Promotes the well-being of participants and the protection of their individual rights, through the support of agency mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities Maintains records at the request of the Director, Day Services and Day Hab Manager, including, but not limited to, manual room attendance records, transportation records, visitor sign in sheets, satisfaction surveys, monthly checklists, Safety Data Sheets and equipment inventory.
In addition to the Administrative Assistant, acts as primary receptionist for the Eberhardt Center, answering and screening incoming telephone calls, connecting calls to the appropriate staff/voicemail as well as greeting visitors when they enter the building and directing them where to go.
Provides supervision and direction to the Administrative Assistant, delegating or assigning clerical duties, to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Meets regularly with staff under direct supervision to discuss performance and develop work plans.

S.
Degree with a major in business/secretarial science and over three (3) years secretarial and site management experience, or equivalent combination.
Must have demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 50 wpm and experience with word processors/personal computers.
Must present a neat appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
