Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in Selling, Buying properties - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Show properties to potential Buyers - List and Market Properties for Sellers - Negotiate Purchase Offers / Contracts - Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in fair housing regulations - Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license or willing to obtain Real Estate License in NYS - Training / Coaching and Mentoring will be provided - Goal Orientated , Motivated and Disciplined - Strong negotiation skills - Administrative skills to handle paperwork and contracts accurately - Research market trends and ability to analyze market data - Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously - Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain client relationship - Sales or Customer Service experience a Plus As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate the process of Buying, Selling properties through out the Finger Lakes Region.
You will use your knowledge of the local market, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise to guide clients through successful transactions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
