We are looking to hire an Adminstrative Assistant to work with us year-round in our sales and service departments.
We are hiring an individual who is detail oriented, can multi task and prioritize, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
We are willing to train the right individual.
The ability to self-start and computer skills are a must.
The position will need attention to detail and processing with accuracy.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers.
The ideal candidate would need experience in accounts receivable.
Keeping showroom in order.
Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from other associates.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct individual.
Able to take detail and accurate messages.
QuickBooks is a plus.
Cashing out retail customers, and various other office related tasks.
Minimum
Qualifications:
A valid NYS driver's license Computer skills Able to be flexible in work schedule during our busiest months A willingness to learn our specialized software Respectful, effective communication with customers and other associates Job Type:
