We do this by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and generating referrals.
The role of the Director of Operations focuses on supporting agency growth as well as being a leader, trainer, and coach to the team.
Job Responsibilities Include Manage team workflow Manage book of business Document standard operating procedures Address poor performance and issues from team members Identify ways the team can increase efficiency Hiring and Onboarding Employees Educate on customer experience, process and procedures, and all technology platforms Monitor and enforce procedure use and challenge Team to improve/change procedures Ensure that everyone in the organization is following the customer experience Handle book of business reporting Follow up and measure agency processes to drive results Set agenda for management meetings and provide reports Skills & Qualifications Employee management Bachelor's Degree Excellent CRM and related software knowledge Excellent phone and e-mail communication skills Attention to detail Work towards obtaining P&C license Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Remote work available Monday - Friday (8 - 4:
