We are currently in search of a commercial services estimator and sales professional.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Generate and qualify bid opportunities based on Lakeview's standards Accurate and timely development of estimates from the prints and design specifications from files supplied by the client, sales representative or web system portal Generate and submit proposals to customers within bid deadlines Negotiating favorable pricing with suppliers of all materials Keep up-to-date log of all jobs bid and current status Follow up on all submitted proposals Responsible for achieving company established sales goal and bidding goals Contract review and submittal creation for all sold jobs Partner with production staff to ensure client satisfaction, which includes site visits, quality control, change order issues etc.
Develop relationships with key decision makers that will result in sales Spend the equivalent of 1 day per week on the road focused on sales/client relations Job Requirements:
2 year college degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of cost estimation and/or practical landscape construction knowledge is helpful but not required Exceptional relationship-building skills Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Keen attention to detail Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Job Type:
