Your primary responsibility will be to assist boaters with launching, retrieving, and storing their vessels safely.

Assist boat owners with launching and retrieving their vessels, ensuring a smooth and safe process.
Perform routine cleaning and detail work on boats.
Direct and guide boaters in maneuvering their boats within the marina area and docking slips.
Safely operate and maintain marina equipment, including boat lifts and trailer systems.
Assist in securing vessels during storms and adverse weather conditions to ensure their safety.
Monitor and enforce marina rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to boaters, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
Assist in the coordination of haul-outs, bottom washing, and general boat maintenance tasks.
Contribute to the marina's commitment to environmental stewardship by promoting clean and responsible boating practices.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a marina or boating environment is preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation to the marina.
Basic understanding of boat handling, marina operations, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, such as boat covers and anchors.
Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment is an asset.
